Rates
In summer the apartment runs €250–400 a night and the studio €100–180; lower off-season. The exact price shows with your dates.
Minimum stay
It varies by date and season — the calendar shows what applies to your dates.
Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded, excluding bank fees. From 29 to 14 days: 50% of the deposit is retained. Under 14 days: the full deposit is retained. A no-show is charged in full. For a cancellation exactly 30 days before arrival, check the booking terms or contact The Crete Escapes before confirming.
The price
The date selection shows the live accommodation total and any configured fees before confirmation. There is no separate cleaning fee.
Payment
Direct booking is administered by The Crete Escapes, a brand of Evergreen Tours & Rentals (Greek tourism licence 1041E60610006300). Its public terms state a 40% booking deposit, the balance four weeks before arrival, and full payment for bookings made within 14 days. If your checkout shows different timing, confirm it before paying. The terms also say a refundable security deposit may apply but do not publish its amount, collection date or return timing; confirm those points before you pay. Read the booking terms →

Children
Children of any age are welcome; ages 3+ are charged as adults. Cots and extra beds are not available.
Pets
Allowed on request, no extra charge.
House rules
Non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed.
Season
Open all year, with lower rates from November to March.
Access, swimming & arrival
Getting here
Around 1¾ hours from Chania airport by car. Airport transfer can be requested; confirm availability and price for your dates.
Breakfast
American breakfast is available by arrangement; ask for the current price.
Swimming
No pool; cross the narrow beach road for Korakas shore. Check the day’s sea conditions before entering.
Access
Each home is step-free at terrace level. The approach from parking crosses a gravel yard; beach entry is over dark pebbles. We do not publish a wheelchair-accessibility claim, so ask for doorway, shower and route measurements before booking.
